Throughout my career, I have boosted organic traffic for IT companies, witnessing the profound impact of social media storytelling across various industries and roles. This has fueled me to leverage storytelling to create go-to-market campaigns and content that truly resonates with audiences, transforming customers into dedicated fans. 

At Warner Bros., I had the opportunity to produce and promote content marketing campaigns for TV and film enthusiasts on an OTT subscription platform. With this audience development experience, I learned to get to the heart of the audience, fulfill their dreams and scratch their itch. In a collaborative effort, I successfully built social communities of 5 million fans and achieved a 3% average growth in free-to-paying conversion per show launch. 

At StubHub, I expanded my responsibilities to include eCommerce product page SEO, influencer content management and blog content. Embracing a fan-first mindset, I addressed fans' pain points and reservations by producing and promoting informative, entertaining, and helpful content using the pillar-cluster model and long-tail keywords. Through this approach, I contributed a remarkable 14% annual sales increase from the organic traffic channel. 

Then I landed a unique opportunity to promote 11 talented individuals in an international music group called Omega X. Having promoted goods and services, I realized that promoting talents required a different approach focused on storytelling and relationship building. 

As the Global Brand Manager at Spire Entertainment, I leveraged the influence of K-pop on social media to build a strong online presence for the music group. Working closely with Helix Publicity, I secured media coverage on prominent platforms (Forbes, Cosmopolitan, BuzzFeed, NME, Twitter) and grew Omega X's social media following to one million in 10 months. 

Witnessing their dedication and gratitude for a second chance at their dreams was truly inspiring. I take great pride in propelling Omega X’s successful journey in K-pop.

Most recently, I took on the growth marketing role at CLASS101, the largest online learning platform in South Korea. At its US team, I developed and launched promotional campaigns across multiple channels, facilitating the successful launch of a subscription-based model in the United States market. 

Now, back in my hometown of Michigan, I’m looking for the right opportunity to combine my social storytelling and data insights expertise to drive sales for an online business.
